Products purchased from the NicandSyd.com website or event and shipped within the USA or Canada that requires replacement due to a manufacturer defect is covered under the Nic & Syd warranty policy for 30 days after the event date or date of purchase.
Nic & Syd will exchange your product with the same product when available. If the same product is not available, one of equal replacement value will be provided.
Please note: replacement product purchases, an/or online credits will be processed only if your warranty request is approved. Processing of replacement product purchases and/or online credit is dependent upon the receipt of the warrantied item back to the Nic & Syd warehouse.
Warranty Return Policy & Process
You will need to notify Nic & Syd of your concern. The quickest way to do this is by email. It is required that photos be included in your email response. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your request.
Step 1 – Your email should include:
- You First Name & Last Name
- Full mailing address including: Street, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code and Country
- Best contact phone number
- Purchase date & copy of invoice (must be within 1 year of purchase)
- Name or description of item
- Reason for return
- Photo front and back of item being returned

Failure to provide all necessary information may result in a delay in processing your request.
Submission of this request does not guarantee product replacement and/or online credit.
Upon approval of your warranty claim, Nic & Syd will exchange your jewelry with the same product when available. At this time, you will be notified via email with the address to return your product. If the same product is not available, an online credit will be issued to be used on the NicandSyd.com website for the original purchase price of the item.
Proof of purchase is required to activate any warranty claim.
Warranty resolution may take up to 4 weeks to process. Processing time may extend during the holiday season. Warranty resolutions will be determined upon receipt of the merchandise to our warehouse.
All items returned to Nic & Syd regarding warranty must be authorized. Only products with a Return Authorization number (RA) will be accepted for return. Receipt of non-authorized items (missing the RA number) will be not processed.
Nic & Syd is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise on transit to our merchandise facility.
This warranty does not cover damage to Nic & Syd products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear, and/or failure to follow the product’s care instructions.
