1. What payments do we accept?
    Visa and Master Card. Because orders are processed as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away at 1-877-762-2298 or email us at orders@nicandsyd.com. Changes can only be processed Mon–Fri 9am until 5pm EST.

  2. When will I be charged?
    Credit cards are charged at time order is placed.

  3. My billing address is in Canada but I would like you to ship to the USA. Can you accommodate?
    Yes. We can absolutely ship your order(s) to the USA, if preferred.

  4. My billing address is in the USA but I would like you to ship to Canada. Can you accommodate?
    Yes. We can also ship order(s) made in the USA  to Canada, if preferred.

  5. Is there a limit to the amount of my order?
    Nic & Syd reserves the right to limit the number of items purchased per person, per household, or per order for any reason. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will notify you if such limits will be applied. Nic & Syd also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers and resellers. Reselling is defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any products(s) from Nic & Syd for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same product(s) with a third party.
